Grace, noting your cyclist comment, do you spend much time on a bicycle ?

I used to be much more serious than I am now, logging 150-300 miles a week on the road. I took a few years off from bike riding to run and trained for a couple marathons. I'd ride only when I was tapering for the race. Now I'm lucky to get in a few 15 mile rides on the rail trail on my cross bike in any given week. I could still go out and do a century ride tomorrow, but I'd suffer. I keep thinking I'll stop working so much and spend more time on the bike because every time I go out I remember how much I love it. The area north of me, in PA, is perfect road riding terrain, if you go on a weekday you can ride for 50 miles and see maybe a dozen cars. You might even see a few buggies.
