the arabs choose violence because although they can't win a war, the cost of losing has not been great. the world should let israel exact a sufficient price to convince the arabs not to use violence again. w (hamlet) wavered in fallujah and najaf. u s a was so timid when it finally went in to fallujah, that police in mosul fear insurgents more than u s a. what is u s a doing to police in mosul who turned over police stations, equipment, to insurgents without a shot?
