pa. but philly was larger esp in counties around Philly. I watched harrisburg station on sunday mornings. professor there puts a very balanced show on politics and has both sides of the powers there each show. top republican says philly and counties around it are going more blue. doubts it will get more conservative. If not for those areas Bush would have won. Rove new this and started his campaign esp. in those areas four years ago but it wasn't enough. could it change of course but right now it doesn't look that way. you have more moving out of philly into those counties and i expect Philly is being replaced with larger minorities.
