Ok, you are right as usual. We could create a playground for all of the terrorists. See if they come to play. If they do, we send the troops to flush them from their hidie holes. When some get away, we flush them again. Repeat until all the holes been scrubbed clean. Then we hang the guns over the mantels to remind us of why we don't want to let it happen again. Take em down and keep em clean, greased, and ready to use. Oops, isn't the first part of that what President Bush did? Maybe history is already written.
