No, that is an incorrect read of my post. Saying that Bush does not need to travel 20 times to Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania means he does not need to campaign for another term.

As far as ignoring domestic policy, on the contrary, I think he will try to catch up on all of the things that he was planning on doing in his first term, but was prevented to do by national emergency of terrorist attacks and subsequent terrorist threat.

Didn't you follow the elections, or the general news over the last 4 years?
