Each of the four meetings (including the one in May 1970 that is commonly sited) was a treasonous act. The government cannot determine whether attendees are playing tidily winks or discussing treasonous acts. He was not given permission by our government to meet with the Viet Cong representative.

You can try to laugh it off. Try that the next time the cops test you just a few hundredths over on the breathalyzer. After your done laughing they will still haul you downtown and book you. Close only counts in hand grenades and horseshoes.
