Your guess is as good as anyone's. But as we both know, Brazil is an enormous country with enormous potential as well as significant geopolitical importance. The government is also concerned with sustainable development for all its people which I think is admirable.

That would be the case as Russia, in fact, can be described as an "emerging economy". But, as you know, they are doing very well from the oil -- very, very well, and they have enormous resources.
