You seem to think of Elgindy as some sort of mob boss who will take down his capos. You need to rid yourself of this thought as painful as that might be given your propensity for conspiracy theories.

re: This guy successfully corrupted Agents of the FBI.

uhhh... excuse me? Sounds like it's the other way around. The FBI agents seem to have corrupted each other and then in turn may have corrupted Tony. Even Royer's attorney stated that Royer recruited Cleveland for trading on information, even though he was a lousy trader and lost money overall.

re: All he has to give up, however, isn't stocks, like those he extorted, it is names of his co-conspirators including many of those here and those currently keeping a zero'd out profile till the trial dust settles.

You friggen hypocrite! You join SI for posting on 11/6/2004, keep a private profile, an anonymous name, and bring up "zero'd out profile" as if it's a cowardly act?

Isn't it amusing how all the accusers unwilling to wait for a fair trial (as if Tony can get one) before declaring themselves Judge, jury and executioner, all from behind "zero'd out profiles" like cowards.

DODI HANDY CRIPTIC MESSAGE ON GENISISINTERMEDIA THREAD TELLS CHARLES PONZI ON THE GENI RAGINGBULL THREAD:

"In our professional opinion, GenesisIntermedia is such a company."

"Furthermore, we do not advocate "boiler room" tactics for increasing awareness of our client companies, however we do engage in telemarketing activities to pro-actively educate the professional investment community (i.e. retail brokers, institutions and analysts) on those companies whose fundamentals and technicals meet the expressed interest criteria from individuals within that community. Our financial relations executives are highly trained and effective marketing professionals who understand the sensitivities involved in working in a highly regulated environment and one in which they exhibit only the highest levels of responsibility, integrity and professionalism. Tours of our facilities are common and encouraged."

JUST FOR THE RECORD

In response to numerous postings on chat rooms associated with GenesisIntermedia, Inc. regarding the Company's affiliation with Madison & Wall Worldwide, Inc. (formerly Continental Capital & Equity Corporation), the following is provided:

Madison &Wall is a nationally recognized, full service financial public relations firm that was established in 1992. For nearly a decade, we have prided ourselves on representing the investor relations needs of publicly traded companies. The senior management, along with several key employees of the Company, have participated in the management buyout of the Company. The founder and selling shareholder, Mr. John Manion, officially had resigned from the organization in mid-2000 after having turned over the day-to-day management of the company to its senior executives in late 1999. Although Mr. Manion has been involved with personal regulatory issues, they are in no way affiliated with Madison & Wall. Further, Madison & Wall has been audited by two different firms for every year from 1996 through 1999 (our 2000 audit has not yet commenced), and our auditors have been so convinced that Mr. Manion’s personal issues are unrelated to the company that they have not even included so much as a footnote disclosure on this matter. Our current auditor is one of the eight largest audit firms in the country.

Furthermore, as a condition to the senior management buyout of Continental Capital, we required proof from Mr. Manion that the court had unconditionally released the Company from any possible claims involving Mr. Manion’s situation. We received proof of that signed release prior to proceeding with the purchase documents.

Furthermore, we do not advocate "boiler room" tactics for increasing awareness of our client companies, however we do engage in telemarketing activities to pro-actively educate the professional investment community (i.e. retail brokers, institutions and analysts) on those companies whose fundamentals and technicals meet the expressed interest criteria from individuals within that community. Our financial relations executives are highly trained and effective marketing professionals who understand the sensitivities involved in working in a highly regulated environment and one in which they exhibit only the highest levels of responsibility, integrity and professionalism. Tours of our facilities are common and encouraged.

It is our belief that in today's sophisticated investment arena, companies can not and should not wait for the market to come to them. If they are to attract broad market appreciation for their businesses, then they must pro-actively educate this arena on the reasons why they are worthy of that appreciation. In our professional opinion, GenesisIntermedia is such a company.

Should anyone have any further questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me directly by calling 407-682-2001.

Professional regards,
MADISON & WALL WORLDWIDE, INC.

He has chosen to roll the dice with his trial. He could have probably gotten a 10 to 15 year plea deal.

obviously, you don't know elgindy.

elgindy has a history of "cooperation"... anyone who knows him knows he'd turn his mom in to save 30 minutes of a 10 year sentence. he did it in two previous cases to avoid jail and tried it in his insurance fraud case but the prosecutor want his ass, not a trade.

there is no doubt he has spent every waking moment since his arrest.. strike that...

after he spent 23 minutes mourning the loss of his ferarri, and then, after he spent another 43 minutes screaming "F*CK YOU BREEN" when his bank/securities accounts were frozen... after that, there's no doubt he spent every waking moment trying to find a way to "trade away" his legal problem.

Jeff is right when he said elgreedy was only out for himself. he used people for a living period... its somewhat amusing some of his site members still don't get that, those really were the sheeple.

that said, he was a funny charming guy that i(we) had some good laughs with. and even though we had our differences, i miss his enthusiasm and wit and the laughs we had. but he was never a guy you could trust with anything, ever. thats an important distinction to make when you evaluate people in the securities business, people you work with directly...

when you're chasing a trade who steps on who and who makes the generous gesture? as a trader, you need to make that evaluation about everyone you trade with. my position has always been, life's to short to work with people who put greed over honor. elgindy had no honor.

people like archer, bear, (janice shell, jeff mitchell even tho i never traded with them), and others who like to remain unnamed, they all have honor.

my own opinion, elgindy's partly guilty, partly getting unfairly reamed by a usat who is abusing his power. not a pretty place to be.

Janice can probably find a burkah to fit her, appropriate to Milan in say, Magenta, but it won't keep them from extraditing her, no matter where she goes. Thanks to Emshwiller (SIC?) for outing her.

I hate to tell you this, but I moved back to the States more than three years ago. You're not very good at the information-gathering thing, I guess.

What did John E (we had a nice phone chat a couple of weeks ago) "out"? Nothing I can think of.

You seem to think that everyone here was a member of Tony's "club". I wasn't, nor were most of the others. But like the rest of the posters here who possess functioning brains, I don't think anything at all will happen to any former club members.

I wonder why it is that people like you who never followed Tony at all think they know the whole story. You are a noisy fool.
