Ish has a problem about worrying about anyone's sexual identity who died over 500 years ago. Hell, I don't worry about it with those who are living now.

I remember staying in Firenze in August thru November 1995 and I really can't believe anyone could be gay in that city. Some nights I would get up around 1:00 a.m. and wander the streets between the Via De' conti to San Lorenzo and the Duomo and down to cascini (sp) park thinking of all the famous artists from fra Angelico to Botticelli and de Vinci and Michelangelo that wandered those same streets. I did meet a Romanian prostitute that was a transexual but I still can't believe Leonardo was gay.
