"What is it about Firenze that makes it impossible for anyone to be gay?" I simply expressed surprise that someone in overtly sexual Firenze could be that way. I suppose it works both ways. "What is your belief about how people become gay?" I have no espoused belief on how or why or what makes someone gay. I suspect something in the drinking water might affect certain young males at about the age of 12 to 13 causing them to adopt certain mannerisms and consider becoming male models, hair dressers or perhaps a vocation. My statement was certainly not a condemnation or approval of that type of behaviour or orientation.
