In LV, some of the natives have this quaint custom of handing cards and flyers to MALES they can identify as tourists with the hope of roping them in for a little, ah, entertainment. Now there does seem to be some dispute about just what they are offering. I myself find LV far, far less alluring than these people would like and have no personal information to offer that might shed light on the matter. However, it is very easy to find these flyers and cards. Just walk along the strip during the day (when the purveyors conveniently disappear) and you can pick up hundreds. Generally they seem to offer the services of prostitutes, which is most interesting as prostitution is illegal in Clark County where LV is, and it's a long ride to the county line. It has also been suggested that all they are really offering are peep shows or the whole thing is really just a scam meant to entrap the unwary into buying drinks at wildly inflated prices at shady bars.
