Thanks for the recommendation of Master and Commander, E. It is hard to find good movies! It particularly sounds like a movie that Mr. Grainne would like, and I would enjoy watching it with him.

If anyone was wondering whether the new Bridget Jones movie is worth seeing, incidentally, I saw it today and would say probably not unless, like me, you just thoroughly enjoy Hugh Grant and Colin Firth in everything they do. Hugh Grant, particularly, is just splendid, as ever. Colin Firth and Renee Zellweger looked a bit long in the tooth to play their characters, noticeably aging since the first Bridget Jones movie. The plot was improbable, and it just didn't have the romantic tingle that the first movie did.
