I love sausage gravy. I do drain the grease off and instead of just flower I use a 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 mixture of flour, corn startch and arrow root. Not so pasty that way. Some red pepper and Tobasco sauce for seasoning.

Cap, Biscuits and gravy are good for breakfast. As the old folks say, "they stick to your ribs." Of course a rasher of bacon, or a slab of ham, helps out too.
