agree, we misread each other, and now that i see your point, i tend to agree with your assesment. unfortunately the document leaves more than a little out. for example the so called extortion charge. it is my understanding the stock they purchased from one of the companies they're accused of extorting was within the market price for a block of that size. that info wasn't communicated in the indictment... don't get me wrong, i'm not defending elgindy here, but i think one needs to look at the evidence fairly.
