I wonder if the definition of "disloyal" will include those who failed to tell the administration what it wanted to hear.

They are after the people who leaked with the intent of toppling Bush. It was so outrageous this last year that DC'rs couldn't believe it. I posted McCain's remarks on it here.

Steven, in the weeks before the election, the CIA gave its blessing to a not-very-anonymous Anonymous operative who made the rounds of TV and radio hyping a book with the title "Imperial Hubris", but which might as well have had the title "Bush is a Shit and So are All His Advisors". A most overt covert operation.

I doubt any mere importunant truth-tellers have too much to worry about; there are bigger and obviouser heads that are gonna roll.
