Thanks for the link and your reasoning is sound. One of the other things that amazed me about Firenze was to see such skinny girls with fairly sizable rear ends. It turned out that many of them got implants to achieve this look. I actually prefer the starved heroin look myself so this was not my cup of tea. In Brasil some of the younger skinny girls will have their bottom ribs removed to give their hips more definition. I never actually saw this but it was explained to me by a travel writer going from San Salvador to Rio.
