Yiwu,

Fist off, let's tell the truth. China's support of Sudan is not limited to energy development, they also supply weapons. They also supply the financing to buy the weapons. The presence of China is Sudan is the single biggest contributor to the Sudanese government's revenue.

"If you insist on mixing up politics and energy development in Sudan, fine with me. I could not care less."

Apparently, you and China think the same. They don't want international concerns about genocide messing with their interests either. Hence,

"China, a permanent council member, said immediately after the vote that it would veto any future resolution that sought to impose sanctions on Sudan."
