i agree with your assessment, and as i saw the evidence come in months ago, i came to the same conclusion you have here.

but, an analyst does have the right to change their opinion once more information comes to light. maybe he found the float was tighter than anticipated and it was a bad trade; maybe, after talking with brown he changed his opinion...

frankly i buy the argument you made and always have, but i do see the other side of the story, and i also see a usat that seems to be out of control, abusing their power; e.g. the 911 involvement charge...
