in the case of Amarillo...their asset purchase in Brasil was deemed an RTO (reverse take over)by the geniuses in their infinite wisdom at the Venture exchange; in their never ending pursuit of fees and happiness...it is an endless grind to go thru in terms of time and legal fees... the inactive status remains in place until the transaction and share structure has been reviewed and approved by the exchange at their usual snail's pace...after that H is gone...finance closed...targets picked...drills start
