That's another thing I have been kicking around. We are going to go out of the labor intensive agriculture business. We are providing massive subsidies to our farmers in the way of infrastructure and health care so that they can have cheap labor to pick vegetables. Either a very strong guest worker program or let them grow and import them from Mexico. Yes, I know the possible health problems involved, but they can be handled.

We have to go out of the "cheap labor" business. It is the only way to get bottom hourly money up that I can see.
