No surprise there. I hope she is equal to the task.

Regardless, it gives my heart warm fuzzies to think of a black woman representing the US of A. Maybe someday it won't matter what color you are or what sex you are, but for now, it still matters, and the message we will be sending is a good one.

That cements Rummy. Rice will be given a rough time by the Senate Dems. But she will survive. We have got a latin and a black this week in the Cabinet. But don't expect any kudos from the race baiters.
