That's their core. The same items I used to buy at Pennys. People expect low end at Wal Mart prices.

True. But if that's all you can afford right now and you need it right now....

It looks like a bargain if its "good enough."

I've noticed Walmart clothing quality varies when you look beyond the commodity like things.

Electronics goods there are really cheap and the relative quality often bears no relation to price. But you have to know what you're looking at.

Woolworth's ca 1930 was very similar in effect.

I caught the MSNBC special on Walmart, I doubt if it's going to change most folks minds about the outfit.
