Calling this war a genocide demeans the word. This is not genocide, neither was Saddam's gassing of the Kurds for that matter. However there are numerous war crimes going on. The refusal of the US to allow the Red Cross to go in an help the wounded is inexcusable. Yes, I know the official line that it is not safe there yet, but I'd say being in Iraq is not a safe proposition at all. I personally have an innate mistrust of all governments and big organizations. I trust them even less when they carry guns and tell us not to look inside.
