I don't seem to be able to locate the one, two, and three in question so I can't address your query. Somehow I lost them on the edit screen. Maybe when I cutting and pasting text. 1 - Resentment or disparaging the "elite" because they are "elite" and/or dispargaging the highly educated because they are highly educated. 2 - A reaction against "the elite" because they as a whole have differing opinions about certain important issues than the majority of Americans. 3 - The same sort of reaction based on a false notion of strongly differing opinions. The 1st of the 3 is most like the "self destructive culture that eschews 'acting white'". The 3rd is simply a misunderstanding. But what's your take on the 2nd? Tim
