Even presuming such an amendment would be doable I am afraid Arnold would have a lONG WHITE BEARD by the time it came into effect. My recollection is these things take many years. I am afraid we will never have the luxury of Arnold as our president, but it sure would be FUN if we could. I'd love to see him Hold Chirac upside down and shake him a little. jdn
