Peter, there are so few unions currently in USA that their presence is almost meaningless to the economy. I consider it an artificial ceiling on labor value when the government allows a flood of dirt-cheap labor and foolishly ignores national security in the process. Employers are putting the lives of all Americans at risk in order to gain ever larger personal fortunes. Hopefully, the latest nuclear terrorist scare will cause GW to slap that sector of his voting base on the nose with measures for tighter borders.
