I didn't see the video. The marine that did it should not have been returned to his unit one day after being shot in the face. Clearly the poor kid is dealing with psychological and fear issues. He had seem boobytrapped bodies and insurgents fake injuries and death in order to kill marines, and I believe in his own mind, saw something that convinced that was the case here.
