You can trust me on this. If someone is too young to remember the real estate downturn in 1990, they certainly are not running a home building company.

There might be some under 35 year old Sales Managers, but not upper management.

The younger employees don't understand why their older co-workers are so anxious, but they'll figure that part out later.
