I have reviewed the latest Sedi report as at Nov 25th. Its good to see that Dan Chicone still has 467,200 common, no sales. And according to the report, he has also participated in the Debenture offering. So he takes the dilution bump-on- the-head along with the long timers and partakes of more security. Sedi does not mention quantity of debentures. Security designation: Convertible Debentures 355009 2004-09-21 2004-11-19 Direct Ownership : 00 - Opening Balance-Initial SEDI Report No other 'new' directors participated in the debenture. On d-day, Ruth Hutton bails -80,000 shares. No record of any insider transactions for Fredrick and Rebecca since d-day. Sooli is long gone since resigning from the board.
