w (with his mandate) and sharon may act regardless of what kofi , europe and arabs say. if so, arabs may decide they don't want to be in next fallujah- and may decide not to be too nasty to u s a or israel or jews. as world lauded arafat, it must love killers of care worker. nevertheless, i don't think relatives of murdered care worker will kill kofi, chirac or n y times editors. if they did, they'd be criticized.
