Mish here is Treasury yields graphed since 1996. Click the S&P chart in the time frame you are interested in to get the yield curve for that exact time. Someone on these boards was kind enough to pass on this link last week.

Places where the colors overlap are where the yield curve is flat, places where they are spread is where the curve is steep.
