it is all in your perception of events.... the guys leaving the CIA are the ones that failed to see 9/11 coming, that failed to react to the USS Cole and all the other terrorist acts in the last 20 years...the same guys that can't get a handle on Bin Laden because they haven't set up the proper "on the ground" ops..... they are carryovers and proteges from the Stansfield Turner days.......... CIA is in the process of being restructured towards being an intelligence agency instead of an East Coast good ole boys club with the proper coat and tie........ Condaleeza Rice is able, competent, intellectual, conservative and will make a fantastic Sec State...... regards
