Right, declare war on the US to get more foreign aid. Sorry, that movie's already been made. When U.S. President George W. Bush arrives in Ottawa — probably later this year — should he be welcomed? Or should he be charged with war crimes?

Does Canada have too many unemployed lawyers, or has Tom been drinking fermented cranberry juice? Canada hasn't been close to having a war for seems like centuries, but is perfectly willing to say how one should be conducted. Iran had a war with Iraq, or visa-versa and one or both leaders become war criminals and thus in violation of a (new)Canadian law. Big deal. Just how does Canada enforce that law and what good is a law if it is not going to be enforced. They gonna send some Mounties over to bring back Saddam for trial.? There may not be more than 2 Arab-speaking lawyers in all of Canada, except for some Muslims that have sneaked in. I dont recommend sending lawyers after Bush unless you got something faster than the F-16's or whatever escorts AF-1. Sig
