The fact remains that you stated that charging Kerry with treason just because he committed it was IYO stupid. You and I disagree on that. there was no formal accusation or prosecution for this, so the US government and I don't think it was a crime Actually all that means is that the government did not want ot bother with prosecuting the crime. It could mean that prosecuting would have needlessly exposed intelligence assets. It could mean that for a stupid C student publicity seeking military opportunist, just General Discharging accomplished enough to suit their needs. If you wish to move on, then do so. If you wish to debate, then don't complain about it continuing. Over 51% of the population thinks that your opinions are not formed through intellectual examination, but through parroting the New York Times and its followers.
