I think your brain is booby trapped.

The guy was standing 5 ft from him and shot him at pt. blank range. If he was concerned about booby trapping, he'd have cleared the area.

First of all he wasn't booby trapped cause after murdering him, and at point blank at that, everyone can see he wasn't booby trapped. #2, because these injured prisoners were put there by U.S. marines the day before to be picked up. BTW, he shot him at POINT BLANK. Why at point blank if he thought he was booby trapped? Cause if he really thought he was booby trapped he would have killed him as well being so close. Which proves that the marine just wanted to murder the injured prisoner, plain and simple. Shooting unarmed injured prisoners and at POINT BLANK at that, is against the Geneva Convention.
