Tippet,

I'm curious about your home builder put buying approach. Sounds like you are buying short term puts close to the money, and then reloading when they expire? My (very unsuccessful) strategy has been to buy far-out-of-the-money LEAP puts. My 2006 LEAPS have been a disaster. But a couple of the 2007 LEAPS are doing O.K - I am actually slightly ahead on CFC. I keep averaging down on the homebuilder LEAPS - they are like tar babies, the more you fight them, the worse things get.
