Oooh you are peeking back in time. Added yesterday too. Gold is such a no brainer to trade given its got this firm relationship with the clown buck and currency moves tend to last some time. USD$ made a new low for 2004 today - if tomorrow it does the same then I think we'll see a bit more acceleration in gold and dollar moves.

Of course this was snapped before the end of the day, but its likely that a/d volume spike will remain here. In january a similar spike in a stretched market was followed by mostly sideways action and then a reversal. I would not bother putting in any shorts until the reversal actually comes in --- but it is time to at least snug up profit stops on existing long positions, just in case.
