I believe we are advanced enough to distinguish between individual actions both good and bad. Then again, I thought we were advanced enough on November 2nd as well. So much for optimism! The Republicans POSs got together behind closed doors and LOWERED THEIR ETHICAL STANDARDS. They kicked out the Contract With America (ok, Contract on America) in order to save the most corrupt politician since Bush, Tom DeLay, from losing his leadership even if indicted on criminal charges in Texas. The Republicans have NO ETHICS left. This week alone they've: - Rewarded Rice for being the worst NSA in history and for being responsible for failures of 911 and Iraq - Rewarded her deputy for the same - Attacked CIA employees for political 'crimes' i.e. not supporting the fascist Bush admin in all things at all times - Rewarded Gonzales for promoting torture Amazing.
