USDJPY coming in for a landing at the 2004 lows.

The funny thing is, its at these prices where the BOJ said they were *stopping* intervention (and then it and the USD rallied). That's when I started pounding the table to exit gold around here and GC dropped some 30% if I recall.

At the current rate its not out of the question to expect the USD to travel < 80 to the bottom of this range:

And perhaps it will be the resumption of intervention which kicks off the next leg down, after a bump up no doubt, as currency speculators bet on further weakness.
