Honestly, I have never felt better in my life. I bike and run and feel that I am more fit now than at any other time in my life. The notion of a weak, pale vegetarian, is just that, a notion which needs to be dispelled. And the availability of meat-like products(soy based) make it easier now more than ever to at least try. There is no arguing with the fact that it is much healthier(ie cancer, heart disease). But again, this is for each to decide on their own. JMHO.
