shooting an unarmed wounded combatant IS a war crime....That is not always true. I know you were joking, but this should be explored. We are dealing with supposed unarmed combantant in a situation where they have been using that pose to kill our troops. The difficulty here is that what went on can only be guessed at. The tape is not conclusive as to what the Marine might have thought was going to happen. His first job in that situation is to save his life and those of his platoon. The problem here is that the MSM is turning this into Abu Graib. This negates the whole effort of the Military to make this takedown of Fallujah look good. The element in the DOD who said, "embedding these people will come back and bite us," are now saying, "I told you so."
