I've seen Dr. Strangelove at least 12 times. I love the scene in which Gen. Buck Turgidson--there is a name for ya--and the Russian Ambassador get into a fistfight. The President, played by Sellers, tells them to stop: "You can't fight here, this is the War Room!" Chill Wills reading Playboy in a B-52. "Two pair of nylons, one 45 caliber automatic, 20 gold pieces, 6 prophylactics...shoot a guy could have a good time in Vegas with this stuff." Kubrick's masterpiece, IMO.
