Well take a look at the Radical Shia Cleric Al Sadr and his band of militants. They're all dead now. Notice that now that they are dead, they aren't causing any problems. Now look at Fallujah. All their militants are now dead and notice that they aren't causing any problems such as burning civilian contractors and alive and then hanging their remains from a bridge. Thats not even human conduct.
