It is common sense that if you drop bombs on urban areas (no matter how "high precision" the bombs are), you will kill a lot of civilians. That is what "shock and awe" was. That is what the Fallujah bombing was. And that is what the US does every time, because to fight insurgents on the ground would mean more US casualties so they would rather prefer to have innocent Iraqis killed.

And if you don't have the common sense, there are data gathered by various agencies (since the Pentagon doesn't do that) as well as photographic evidence. Most of the estimated 100,000 killed are women and children, not the kind of populace that engages in insurgency.
