That's easy...preventing an invasion of the free(free to trade, for instance - a good thing for all without question), which has nothing to do with imperialism. You seem to fail to recognize the stark differences between freedom and imperialism. I laughed hard at that; clearly you have rose colored glasses on a bit too tight... Question: what would you propose as a response if Middle Eastern countries decided to stop selling oil to the US?
