You are making a lot of claims about various regimes but are not showing how they came to be so.

My claims where hardly extensive or controversial. While point out exceptions such as a former regime in Iran, and obviously the current government of Iraq, I said most governments in the Middle East were not put in place by the US. I also said aid, trade, and diplomacy doesn't make for an empire. The US may be the dominant country in the world and it does exert a lot of influence, but that influence is not for the most part imperial in nature.
