No, not the majority of Americans...only those who are groupies of Bush and that doesn't include all who voted for him... Sadly, a large percentage of American can't find France on a map.... May I ask why you have such a low opinion of France...did you feel that way before Bush came on the scene????

France is phony nation. Rampant anti-semitism at home. Rampant problems in the Ivory Coast. A tainted colonization history. An inability or unwillingness to defend itself or other nations. Relying on other nations to defend them and their interests for them.
