Yes that would have been a far clearer way to phrase it. Ongoing operations implies that it is repeatable and ordinary. Which such a one quarter 'catch up' of royalties is certainly not. In fact it was quite misleading in my opinion.

Are you saying they will get this "settlement" every quarter going forward? If so, then it makes sense. Otherwise, I don't buy it.
