I am waiting for news of more C Hall openings. Also waiting to see some more insider trading. Then I'll be willing to pay these higher prices. Otherwise I just leave some low ball bids out there in case they spike dip it down.

Gary, The numbers for November should be as good as October - or even better. Do you remember which months of this quarter are the best months for the hospitality unit? I have been expecting a blow out quarter but I'm not sure how to estimate it now after such good numbers for October. It would be nice if they exceed my expectations. And about time - I might add. I sure hope they can open a couple more C halls in the near future. With that damn BB listing we stay under most peoples radar but I am confident it will be fun when we finally get back on those radars. Dave
