Bill can't run again unless Bush tries to run a third time. Given his propensity to do outrageously stupid things, I'll bet he gives it a shot. Stranger things have happened but I think Republicans want Hillary to run with someone like Obama as VP. The thing is, the US has many knuckle-dragging dweebs who wouldn't vote for a woman or a minority if their lives depended on it. Hillary was hugely divisive even as first lady so I think that's a losing proposition. For that matter, other than Arnold, who does Rove want to run?
